Updated my iphone 6s to ios 10 now some of my apps will not open
Updated my iPhone 6s to ios 10 now my notepad app keeps closing

I understand that after updating to iOS 10, you are unable to open Notes without the app crashing immediately. I know it's important to have all of your apps working properly, so I'm happy to help.
First, log into iCloud.com and ensure that your notes are still present there.
If they are, then let's proceed with toggling your Notes off and on again. To do this open Settings > iCloud . In here, turn off Notes, and when asked you can delete them from your iPhone since they are in iCloud. Once off, go ahead and enable it again and then test your Notes app.
